Overwhelming Emotions & Ways to Cope

The Counseling Center is running an 8-week course starting on Tuesday, September 19th, from 6:30PM-7:30PM to help you better manage your mood, cope with overwhelming emotions, and build emotional resilience. We will begin by learning about the four pillars of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
