Women’s Self Defense Course
Join us for a hands-on self-defense workshop designed for ages 13 and up. In this fast-paced and practical session, you’ll learn how to defend yourself in less than one second with immediately usable skills. We’ll start with a quick 2½-minute warm-up stretch before diving into techniques like parrying, striking, target location, grab-release methods, ground self-defense, exit strategies, and knife awareness. The focus is on real-world application—helping you stay confident and capable in any situation.
Come dressed in fitness shoes and comfortable workout attire, and don’t forget to bring water. While the class is free, donations are encouraged to support CBCK (Christian Best Camps of Kenya), a community center serving the largest urban slum in Africa.
