Burke Community Church is excited to welcome a new Assistant Director of Student Ministry – 5th-8th Grades to build a community of students who pursue Christ and lead others to do the same. 

This position is full-time.

The Elementary Ministry Coordinator will support and build relationships with both a volunteer team and children to ensure spiritual growth and effective Bible education.. The Coordinator gives direct leadership and coordination of the ministry for kids, kindergarten through 4th grades and their families. 

This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.

The Early Childhood Ministry Coordinator will help create a safe environment for children to learn that God made them and loves them. The Coordinator gives direct leadership and coordination of the ministry for kids birth through preschool and their families. 

This is a part-time position, 25 hours per week.

The Special Needs Ministry Coordinator supports BCC families for their particular needs in cases where special needs are involved.  The Coordinator works with Children's Ministry, Student Ministry, and Adult Ministry as required to meet the needs of both the individual and their families, to enable their walk with Christ.

This is a part-time position, 25 hours per week. 

The Kitchen/Special Events Coordinator will handle food arrangements and other important details for all special group meetings and events.  They will ensure the church kitchen is ready to receive, store, and issue food, drinks and other kitchen-related items to meet weekly ministry needs. They will also give leadership to the church coffee ministry, ensuring quality service is available during worship times.

This job is part-time (up to 20 hours a week). Hours vary depending upon day to day needs. 

The Student Ministry Assistant will provide ministry support for the Student Ministries.  Ministry support will include clerical and administrative functions, communication, volunteer coordination, and program and event planning.  Ministries supported by this position include Ignite (5th/6th), The Well (7th/8th), and The MIX (9th-12th). This position is part-time.
