If you are aged 18 or older, have interests and skills in relevant areas to each intern description, and are committed to a Christian faith and walk of life, we invite you to apply!

Internships are approximately a 10-week commitment, usually in the summer, beginning as early as May and ending as late as August. We structure summer internships around the schedules of most colleges' breaks. We also accommodate internships for other seasons of the year, and can offer practicum credit for some institutions. If you would like to intern in a specific timeframe, please specify when you contact us! 

All internships take place onsite at Burke Community Church in Burke, Virginia. Some internships require travel with students to summer camps or local community sites and are specified in the job descriptions and discussed during the candidate’s hiring process.

• Other areas of ministry as needs arise
