February 28: Called to Confidence: Breaking Free from Insecurities & People-Pleasing
Galatians 1:10 – Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God?
Many working women silently wrestle with insecurity—measuring themselves against others, over-functioning to earn approval, or shrinking back out of fear of disappointing people.
This session invites women to rediscover God-rooted confidence – helping you break free from people-pleasing and step into confidence rooted in who God says you are. Through Scripture and practical reflection, you’ll gain clarity around the patterns that undermine confidence and learn how to live and work for God’s approval—not the approval of others.
August 29: Redefining Career Ambition as Faithful Stewardship
Colossians 3:23–24 – Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.
Ambition is often misunderstood in Christian spaces—either celebrated without discernment or discouraged altogether. Yet Scripture calls believers to steward their gifts faithfully, work diligently, and pursue excellence for God’s glory.
This session reframes career ambition through a biblical lens, helping women see their skills, opportunities, influence, and aspirations as God-given responsibilities, not self-serving pursuits. Together, we’ll examine how women can steward their calling with wisdom, humility, and trust in God’s direction.
October 24: Leading Without Compromise: Authenticity Rooted in Faith
Psalm 1:1-3 Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water…
In professional environments that reward image management, conformity, and self-promotion, it can be tempting to lead in ways that feel misaligned with our faith. Many women feel pressure to prove themselves, adapt their values, or silence parts of who they are in order to succeed.
This session challenges women to lead with authenticity grounded in faith, not fear. Drawing from Scripture, we’ll explore what it means to lead with integrity and to embrace leadership that reflects Christ-like character, courage, and consistency—leading from wholeness rather than performance.
